General Advice - Bedworth 

General advice and information is available for personal callers at our offices at 25 Congreve Walk, Bedworth. The opening hours for our drop in general advice service (no appointment necessary) are:

Monday           10am - 2pm

Tuesday          10am - 2pm

Wednesday      Appointments only

Thursday         10am - 2pm

Friday             10am - 2pm

General Advice - Nuneaton

Appointments to see a CAB adviser in Nuneaton at our new offices situated at 19 Dugdale Street, Nuneaton (just behind the Rope Walk Shopping Centre) Can be made by Calling into the office or telephone us on  024 76 351049  between 9.30am and 4.30pm, Monday to Friday.

We also have 3 Self Help Information Kiosks where you can find information on a whole range of issues. Just call in between 9.30am and 4pm and find the information you need. 

Telephone Advice

We offer a telephone advice service between 10am and 4pm Monday to Friday on  0844 855 2322. We are in the process of expanding our telephone service by installing more lines and extending our opening hours. Details of the extended service will be posted here in due course.

Home Visits

We offer a home visiting service for those who are housebound and their carers living in Nuneaton or Bedworth. Further information can be obtained by telephoning  024 76 643206 .

Disability Rights Unit

Our Disability Rights Unit offers assistance to people requiring help to apply for disability benefits such as Disability Living Allowance and Attendance Allowance. Appointments can be made by telephoning  0844 855 2322  and are available in both Bedworth and Nuneaton.
