Disability Rights Unit

Our Disability Rights Unit was established in 2004 to extend the support and assistance we give to disabled people to help them apply for the benefits they are entitled to claim.

Appointments to complete application forms for Disability Living Allowance and Attendance Allowance forms are usually held on Wednesdays and appointments can be arranged to be held in either Nuneaton or Bedworth.

We can help you to make your claim and if this is refused we will assist you to request a review or an application to a hearing to reconsider your case. Our dedicated workers are trained to help you complete your application forms and answer any queries you may have about the application process.
